My total commute to work is about 2 hours.
Total time wasted:
- ~10 hours in one week.
- ~40 hours per month
- ~480 hours in a year.
That's roughly 20 days wasted within the year(probably less due to vacation time and working from home :P)!
I told myself I would start filling those dead hours with literature that would help me in my well-being. Below are some of the books I have completed within the year so far.
Disclaimer: I haven't read a hard copy book since like high school. All books below were listened through Audible app. I also switched around from audiobooks to podcasts.
A Japanese dude who found his way through life by removing all the unnecessary things in his life. Most books about minimalism were by women, so it’s cool to listen from a guys perspective.

The Dalai Lama is a homie!! This book taught me a lot about finding happiness. Helped me to be more compassion and the meaning of gratitude.
